About the cover page.

This is a view toward the apparent center of the heavens in the north, as seen from the megalithic site of Mystery Hill(aka America’s Stonehenge) in North Salem, NH. Izar, the first star to inspire the construction of the site, is depicted as it reflects earth rotation. Four millennia ago it grazed the horizon at its lowest point and passed nearly overhead at its highest point. The monolith is located near the summit of the site 174 ft north and 99 ft west of the north stone.
